How to - Lost Username or Password

In case you lost your login details, please follow the instructions below to retrieve them.

In case you forgot your username you can retrieve it following these steps:

1. Click on "Forgot your username?" located either in main menu 'Login' menu item or in left side bar login section

2. Enter email address you used when you registered your account and click 'Submit'. Email with your username will be sent to you.

If you forgot or lost your password, you can reset it following these steps:

1. Click on "Lost password?" located either in main menu 'Login' menu item or in left side bar login section

OR

2. Enter email address you used when you registered and email with a token (code) will be sent to you.

3. Copy the token (code) from email you received and either click on the link or if you have your browser opened on that page still, switch to your browser.

Step 4

4. Enter your username and paste or type the token (code) from email you received and click 'Submit'. Token (code) has to be without spaces before or after it and is case sensitive, it has to be entered or copied exactly as it is shown.

Step 5

5. Enter a new password for your account in both fields and click 'Submit'.

Step 6

6. Confirmation will then be shown that password has been reset and you can now log in to your account.
